RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason it didn’t work out, you can return unworn garment(s) within 14 days of delivery. Items returned in their original condition will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee ($8 for US orders and $24 USD for Canadian orders). Please note: Discounted sale items are not returnable.

WE’VE MADE IT EASY

Need a return label? Simply head over to [return portal link], and we’ll send one your way. Please note that for merchandise to be return-eligible*, it must be in the same condition as when it was received, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with the packing slip.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

*Return Eligibility: Only regularly priced merchandise is eligible for return. Discounted purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

NO REFUND YET?

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before it is posted. If you still haven’t received it after this, please reach out to us at [email protected].

EASY EXCHANGES

Need a different size or style? No problem! You can exchange unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery*. Just email us at [email protected] with the details of what you’d like instead. We’ll send you a return label, and you can send the merchandise back in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Your exchange will be processed, and any necessary adjustments will be applied to the original method of payment.

*Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for exchange, merchandise must be in the same condition as received, with tags attached and packing slip included.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received a gift that you need to return, once we receive the return (following the instructions above), we will issue a Gift Card for the value of the returned item. If the gift was sent to the purchaser, they will receive the refund instead.
